Glass line
Commercial Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior glass on low, mid-rise and high-rise buildings, washed by licensed, safety certified window technicians.
What puts the film on commercial glass
Glass gets dirty from four directions at once. Road dust and air pollutants settle on the outside, weather leaves mineral spots and streaks, trees and birds drop debris on ledges and sills, and every lobby door and storefront pane collects fingerprints from the inside. Left alone, that layer is the first thing a client or tenant sees before they have read your sign.
Some jobs need more than a wipe. Stuck-on residue, chewing gum, glass stains, graffiti and the paint and plaster overspray left behind when new construction wraps up all need the right scraper, solution and patience before the glass will come clean without scratching.
Dirty glass is also a germ surface. Entry doors, partitions and low interior panes are touched all day, which is why interior glass belongs on the same schedule as the rest of the building rather than being treated as a once-a-year chore.

Crews, gear and the height of the job
The crew shows up with everything needed to start right away, and the method follows the building. Low storefronts and ground-floor glass are handled by hand with squeegees and pole-mounted tools. Taller faces call for high-pole washing, and mid-rise and high-rise work uses lifts and booms so the technician is working from a platform rather than improvising from a ledge.
Cal-State describes its window technicians as licensed, bonded, insured and safety certified, and trained in the safety protocol for every machine and tool on the job. Each person works to a checklist of precautions with backups in case primary gear fails, and that checklist comes before any glass is touched.
The same crews handle skylight washes, awning cleaning and caulking repair, and they will do flat surfaces such as polished concrete and siding while the equipment is already on site. When the work is done, a final inspection walks the glass line before the crew leaves.
Clean glass on a schedule, and a free estimate
Window cleaning works best on a set rhythm rather than a rescue call. Cal-State will build a corporate window schedule around your building, your tenants and your budget, with interior and exterior glass planned together so the two never fall out of step.
The estimate is free. Someone looks at the building in person, notes the heights, the access and the number of panes, and you get a plan before any work starts. Supplies, labor and equipment are part of the quote.
